Level 9034, Gummi Dragon stuck

Level 1
I need to bring 1 gummi dragon down to complete this level. However, the dragon is stuck on the licorice line and I cant get it out there! I dont even know why it went down there. I’m going to lose my streak and my gold streak game.
How do I get it out there?

Oh, no!! I am not sure how the Gummy Dragon stuck there🤔
If you do not want to lose the level, I would suggest you to use your last "Free Switch" (Hand) booster and try to move the Gummy Dragon onto the Conveyor Belt.
But, you only have 3 moves left in the level! I don't think you will be able to finish it without buying extra moves!!

hello, I did buy free switch. As you can see in the screenshot, I had 1 left out of the 3 that I bought because it doesnt let me move the dragon outside of that lane, only up and down, not to any side. I originally had 10 moves left which is already down to 3 after trying everything to resolve it. It didnt help.
