To open the Profile in your game —> all you need to is click on your avatar/profile picture that is located at the top of the game map screen (that is where you check your "inventory" of boosters").
Once you open your Profile, click on the Friends list to see if any of your friends need help to pass a level. As shown in the image in above comment, you will see "Help" next to your friends' names. All you need to do is click on that "Help" button and you will be taken to the level to replay it.
** Please be aware that you winning the level in your game will not move your friend(s) from their level. It will only send them few boosters to help them to play the level in their game. So, I would suggest you not to waste any of your boosters to win those Legendary levels.

The players will see "Help" button next to a friend in "Friends" tab when they open their avatar frame. After clicking "Help" button, they will have total of 5 attempts to play the level that friend is stuck in. and If you have feature Help Friends in the game , Your Friends List can Help you

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
