I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Did you try to clear the cookies, history, etc.? If not, please try that! Also, check if there are any updates for the App in your Microsoft Store; Check if there any updates pending on your computer.
If nothing worked, I would suggest you to send a complaint to King Player Support team directly from your game.
