    Jeg kan ikke bruke gullet, kan ikke åpne butikken for å kjøpe hjelpemidler . Hjelp meg ,jeg har slettet mitt gamle profil på grunn av problemer , men jeg har det samme igjen

    If I can't complete a level I don't have the option to continue - it says connecting to app store and never let's me use bricks to continue play

    Level 1

    at end of level I get a spinning circle that says connecting to App Store. It won’t let me access my hold bars to continue with level. I’ve restarted my phone and the app. Signed in and out of app. What should I do?

    Please try bellow troubleshooting steps as well and see if that resolves the issue⬇️

    1. Check your Internet Connection —> Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps;
    2. Update the Game —> Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. Check the app store for any available updates;
    3. Clear Cache —> If you're on an Android device, try clearing the cache for the game. You can do this in your device settings.
    4. Check Device Settings —> Make sure your device's date and time are set correctly. Incorrect settings can sometimes cause connectivity issues.

    Same here, all day. Tried clearing app cache (Android), restarting phone, logging in/out, etc... nothing works.
