Why I'm not able to connect app store, also game speed is very slow like a slow motion

Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game?
About the slow motion —> Did you make sure that the "Pink Arrow icon" in the bottom corner of your level board has 2 arrows? If you see only one arrow, all you need to do is to click on it and your game will change to speed mode.
