It is the new requirement from Facebook, which is an annoyance for us - players!

The easiest way I found is —> to create a King account — sync both the accounts — and log out from Facebook. Because, we have synced the game, all the friends will appear in the King account as well. So, there won't be any issues in receiving lives.

If you do not want to create a King account, then please follow the suggestion provided by our Community In-charge by following below steps⬇️

(1) Remove an App or game that you have added to Facebook

1. Tap in the top right of your Facebook page.
2. Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Permissions section and tap Apps and websites.
4. Tap the app or game that you want to remove.
5. Below the name of the app or game, tap Remove.

(2) Log out of Facebook from all browsers on devices - Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.,

(3) Log out of the Facebook App if installed;

(4) Restart the game and connect with Facebook! This time, you should be promoted to enter your Facebook credentials;

If updating and reconnecting didn’t do the trick, your internet connection might be the culprit. A weak or unstable internet connection can prevent Candy Crush from syncing with Facebook. Try switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or vice versa, to see if that helps.

Also, check Facebook’s app permissions in your device’s settings. Make sure Candy Crush has permission to access your Facebook account. Sometimes, changes in privacy settings can interrupt the connection.
