App Store Connection issue

hi community.

After attempting a level and being asked if I want to keep playing - ie option to buy or watch ads for additional moves - I’m unable to connect to the App Store… I’m just getting the wheel of death :-(

It’s super frustrating! Anyone here able to help 🙏🏻

Hello @Mircee the issue you are having with your app store is affecting a lot of people at the moment. The issue is being investigated by King as you can read about in the discussion linked below.

Please do not uninstall your app whilst waiting for a fix.

Please make sure you check for any pending updates have a good Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory

Also please try closing your game and leaving your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

If not please come back with the device and platform you use and what game are you playing 💓

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
