Hello @ceetre65 and welcome to the community! This is a frequently asked question because you are right in stating that the game seems to suggest a move to you that cannot be made. However, if the game thinks there is a valid move, then there always is a solution, so this is how you find it:
My starting board, like yours, is full of ice. (I am not sure what this stuff is really called, but let's call it ice)
So the game suggest to me to make the match of those three pink candies and it would appear to suggest I move the pink candy under the ice from left to right to make the match:
But this is not possible as candies underneath the ice coat cannot be moved. So what I need to do is make exactly the same match, but by moving the orange candy, that is NOT covered by ice into the ice from right to left.
So by swiping the orange candy to the left I make that match and can play the rest of the level. This is what I get:
I made the only first move available and here I have two possible moves now: move the green candy either to the left into the ice to match the three orange or to the right to make the green match.
I hope this helps to illustrate the rules of playing ice levels: You can never tap on a candy under the ice, but you can move candies into the ice. If the game suggests a move to you then that match is always possible, so study the options carefully. Good luck!
