all day today when I’ve gotten unlimited lives they haven’t actually appeared and it still have my limit of 5 lives. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Did you receive the unlimited lives as a reward from one of the events/features? Or did you purchase those lives?
If it is a reward from one of the features, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint. Please let me know if you need help with it.
