Playing the suggested move on the above board opened up the board hugely, which is a really good sign that I may have a lucky board here. There was a cascade with the colour bomb going off.

I might have played the fish/wrap combo here, but I was instead trying to create a wrap/stripe combo with the blue wrap by playing the orange match which I know will bring down a striped candy to sit next to the wrapped candy.

Setting this off again has an unforeseen effect because the game is helping me to pass now. It created two colour bombs for me. This is evidence just how rigged the game is: If you play the boosters and make the moves written into the board by the game designers then the game will at some point help you to pass.

I now worked towards creating a colour bomb/stripe combo. The one next to the orange candy doesn't work, but eventually I get this chance to place a striped blue next to the other colour bomb by matching these four blue candies.

The result:

I spot the chance to create my own colour bomb in the top row.  I first match the four orange candies to create another striped candy and then make the match to create the colour bomb: This has a phenomenal effect of causing a cascade which really opens up the board.

Now I am left not knowing what to do and turn to the game hints to guide me. I now trust the game will help me.

Here I do get another chance to create a colour bomb. And I can also see that if I then match the blue candies below where it will sit I get a colour bomb/striped combo.

At this point I check if there is a way to enhance the effect of the combo and I notice that there are not many purple candies on the board above the dragons. In fact before striking the combo I bring some more purples down by matching candies in that section:

NOW I strike that combo and it will have a much better effect.

And there is the chance now to create a wrap/stripe combo just in the right place! I match the four green candies next to the wrap the game has kindly provided for me here.

After the strike:

Another chance to create a colour bomb. I definitely make that green match.

Now I check for a way to let the striped candy sit next the colour bomb. Making the orange match near the bottom left will achieve that.

And striking this combo actually clinches the level for me with six moves spare.

This is how the game works: Spot the lucky board in which the game will be helping you. Take advantage of all the opportunities the game gives you to pass. It isn't as easy as it looks and I admit it takes a lot of experience to spot the right opportunities.

Hello @oolivares1968 and thank you for replying back. Please don't give up on the app just yet, because there is always a way around these levels, though I don't know if it can be done without any boosters. However, I did manage to pass level 7697 this morning using just the three starting boosters. I have a theory that on some legendary boards using all three starting boosters actually TRIGGERS a lucky board and the question is when do I play them, because we don't have an endless supply of these boosters. In this case I waited until the game let me get quite close. I got timed colour bombs from the daily treat machine anyway and got close enough to win with one UFO here (I did not play the UFO because I was testing the level out, but it definitely would have made me pass here):

So one way of beating this level would be to play Season Pass to the end to get the free UFO, which you can get by replaying an old easy level and use it at this point.

However, I then chose to play all three starting boosters on my next attempt and passed.

The strategy I used was: Play the first move the game suggests which was the wrap/stripe combo. Then watch out for any chance to create a wrap/stripe combo or a colour bomb/stripe combo to hit as many blockers as possible. If there is a chance to create a striped wrap, take it. If there is no obvious good move I follow the hint and hope the game will help me by suggesting the right move. If there is a lucky board these ways of playing will often lead to success. They did here. In my next post I will show how I passed this in more detail.
