Connecting to App Store keeps loading

hi, since yesterday 4-2-24 everytime I try to finish a level and use my gold I keep getting connecting to App Store? I’ve done all the steps required by customer service email to get this issue fixed and as of today is still not working. Everything else on the game works fine. When will this issue be fixed it’s happening on my mobile app and my laptop

Why am I not able to collect my awards from the pass play I paid the money I'm going to send you how
as you can clearly see from the screenshot you locks and no green check mark.
Champions race win streak 37 why only 35 gold bars and not 40 gold bars. I've been missing 5 golds
I would like all of my gold bars each time that I win each segment of the champions race thank you. I heart this game.
