Hello @kamcofield I am sorry that this is happening to you, but unfortunately the issue causing connection issues to the app store is affecting a lot of people at the moment.
The issue is under investigation but all anyone can do is hope that King fix the issue sooner rather than later.
Please do not uninstall your app trying to fix the issue
