After logging in with a different mobile phone, there is only progress but the treasure is missing. How can I get it back?

To answer your question @bossc9 you can't get your boosters back. The boosters (treasure) you had on your old device are stuck on that device you can't take them with you to your new device.
Play the game on your old device until you have used all of the boosters.

Sorry that happen to you . The Gold Bars and Level Progress do sync across all platforms / device in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
