Apologies for the delay in responding to this! I'm really sorry to hear about what happened during your event. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when you were close to winning those 1500 gold bars! I reported this issue to the studio who is looking into it and making some improvements to ensure it won't be happening again. In the meantime, thank you for your patience, and we hope this won't affect your next challenge.
I understand it might feel very unfair that this caused you to be removed from the event, but unfortunately I'm unable to offer any compensation for this issue.
