Wrong Facebook email and password combination

I keep getting wrong email and password combination error when I try to connect my CC account with my Facebook page. I saw a post from May that this was a possible glitch. Is this correct? I changed my FB password and still can't retrieve my progress and continue to get this error. Please help!!

Thank you. I have done that and everything else I have found. The game works on my PC and on my Ipad, but not on my phone. I have tried everything and it always tells me wrong email and password combination. There is a setting or something on my phone that is not working. I have played on my phone for years and never had a problem. How can I get a fix for this? Thank you!

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in.

You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and access your account again.

Forgot the password function or reset link doesn’t work?

In case the reset password link doesn’t work, if you have entered your email incorrectly on your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
