for some reason I lost my candy crush levels on my iPad and then my iPhone. Please restore my game levels on my iPad and my iPhone to 1831.

   • Tap on the "My Profile" button and log in with your King account or Facebook.
2. If your progress is still missing, please contact our Player Support team for further assistance. Here’s how:
   • Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
   • Tap on the "?" and select the topic related to lost progress.
   • Select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue, including your previous level (1831) and any relevant account information.
