I added the game for 69 baht but the gold and other items didn't go in. What must I do?

Hello @saowalak_2809 for a refund of the purchase that you made you need to use the refnd process of the Play Store.
These are the steps you need to follow if you made the purchase within the last two hours.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left to open the menu.
- Choose Account > Purchase History.
- Find the specific in-app purchase you want to refund and tap Refund.
- Confirm by tapping Yes, and the in-app purchase will be reversed, with your money refunded.

I didn't pay through Google play store, I paid through PromptPay QR code. Can I request a refund or not?

I would guess that you can always claim a refund @saowalak_2809 but in situations like yours where you have used a third party banking app to make your purchase I am not entirely sure what your best approach would be.
You can try King Player Support using the Help function of your game to see if they will help. Alternatively have you tried using the refund policy of PromptPay to obtain a refund, if they have one?
