No ads at all. Not an offer to watch an ad before playing to get a booster, no ad option after the game to get extra moves/boosters to keep playing, no game in my dashboard where you choose a box, watch an ad and either get a booster or an "X".
The only answer I've gotten is that ads are an "optional" feature. I've played over 15 thousand levels and I have never experienced this. Also I highly doubt CC would pull ads since that is their main source of income 🤔. Doesn't make sense to me. Meanwhile I'm sitting here needing 1 more move to pass a level and just having to start all over because I can't watch an ad for extra moves.
Oh and as an added bonus my daily treat meter reset to zero from 30+ for no apparent reason 😑

I have played over 15 thousand levels daily for over 10 years and have never had all ads removed completely. I recently read that if you spend real money in the game your ad feature disappears and this is evidently what happened to me. As soon as I spent 1.99 for extra gold to get past a level I'd been trying to pass for a week my ads were gone. The copy and paste answer to this from the support page saying that ads are in a trial stage and everyone doesn't get them is crazy to me since it has been 3 years since CC first gave this excuse. How long of a trial period are they looking for here? It should be a no brainer to include ads since it is the main source of revenue for their company

Yes @Mandynurselpn that is what happened and it explains why your ads were discontinued after so many years. We have been warning players about this for years in this community but sadly by the time people come here it's always too late. I tested it out by deliberately making a purchase to see if it would remove my adverts, and assuredly it did. So it isn't just a theory, it is an undeniable fact. When they say they are testing the ads feature I believe this is an ongoing test to figure out if players are more likely to spend more real money if they don't get ads. Clearly this is the case and once you spend any money King just expect you to keep on spending.
