Is the issue resolved in your game?   If you still need assistance, can you please clarify few things for me?

* It looks like you are using an Android device.  Did you try to purchase Gold Bars or using Gold Bars? 
* Did the connection error message occur while you were trying to purchase the Gold Bars?  
* Did the transaction deducted your money before the error message?  Or everything was intact because of the connection error?

Hi @JRVaghela a warm welcome to the community. It seems like your internet connection dropped out when making the purchase.

* Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app
* Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
* Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.
