King will not be able to deal with this as PIX is a third party payment method. Hence, I would suggest you to contact Google Play Support and send them a complaint. You can use this link (click on the Green letters) —> Google Play support.

Se o Pix não é pro jogo então tire pq é sacanagem agt pagar e não cair os bosters no nosso jogo , eu paguei também e não caiu no meu , isso é roubo !
