Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? If you are using Android device, did you use PIX to make the purchase?

King will not be able to deal with this as PIX is a third party payment method. Because of that, I would suggest you to contact Google Play Support and send them a complaint using this link (click on the Green letters) —> Google Play support.
