I am sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases in your game! Did you see any message that said "connection error", etc., that might have affected your purchases?

Whatever the reason may be, if you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please send a complaint directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the next screen (Help Center), scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Look for the option "I did not receive my purchased items…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps & instructions provided there, that will help to receive your items or your money back.
