Just received an email saying my purchase was successful with payment receipt. But the game said payment was not paid, but it was paid.

    • For iOS (Apple):
      1. Open iTunes and view your account.
      2. Check purchase history and report a problem.
    • For Android (Google Play):
      1. Open Google Play and view order history.
      2. Find the purchase and report a problem.
