I was hoping you would say on Facebook Browser! Because, this is a common glitch for the players using Facebook browser!

I haven't heard many complaints for mobile devices! I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and find out what might have happened for you to lose all your lives. Please follow below steps to send your complaint ⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
In the Help Center, under "Popular Topics" — click on How to play;
Now, scroll down to 23rd point — where it says "where have my messages and lives from Facebook friends gone……" and click on it;
The article will be opened and you will see some information & steps. Check if anything pertains to you! If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
You will see a form. Fill it out with accurate details at "Topic" & "Subtopic" - to quicken the results;
Submit your complaint.

Once you submit your complaint, you will receive an automated reply from King. Please do not delete it, but send a reply through that email itself. It might take 72 hours for an agent to contact you.
Contacting the King Player Support team is a time consuming process! Please be patient & do not give up👍️
