I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the rewards from Weekly Race Treasure Box!  Like @Alienscar mentioned above, missing will be handled by the King Player Support team.

If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, please follow below steps to contact them ⬇️

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
* Click on “Weekly Race” to open it 
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm!  Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can.  A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

Hello @Juneberry as you mention Sunday are you having issues with the Weekly Contest? If you are please note that a lot of the rewards are timed boosters. As the timed boosters are only of five/ten minute duration then if you don't immediately play levels your rewards will just disappear.

Other than that no one here can help you with lost rewards as we are all just members of the public like you are. If you have not received rewards from a game feature please contact King Player Support directly from your game.
