The Ad videos are still a test feature! All the features that are in testing will moved around from players to players from time to time! So, that must be why you are not watching Ads anymore!
But, no need to be despair! If you have received Ads once, you will receive them again! It is just a matter of time. But, make sure that you update your game App regularly and keep at least 2 GB free space on your device, and finally, stay active in the game even with playing only old levels and improving your scores & stars🌟
With regards to the Lives - I am sorry to say that I did not understand! Are you saying you are not receiving any lives from your friends to store in your Envelope? Or is it something else? Can you please provide more details?
