I am sorry to hear that you could not use the unlimited lives you have purchased! Please send a complaint to the King Player Support team and find out what happened!

If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game using these steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select any option that is suitable for the issue you are experiencing and click on it;
• Once it opens, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" that is located in the bottom of the page;
• You will see a form. Make sure to choose the accurate options while filling it out;
• Explain the issue in "Tell us what you need" and submit the form.
