Golden bars

Hi I changed my phone to new Iphone, I had over 700 golden bars, now I have only 11, is there any way I can restore them?

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost that big amount of Gold Bars from your game!

Both the level progress and the Gold Bars are synced across the devices! Hence, even you changed the your phone or opened the game on multiple devices, you should not lose those!!

First question! Did you make sure that you are logged into the same account you are using on your old phone?
If so, I would suggest you to try this step on your new phone —> log out of the game — close the App — turn off WiFi — shutdown your device for about 10 minutes and turn it back on — reconnect to the WiFi & log back into the game — see if your gold bars are back into the game.

If not, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint. Please let me know if you need my help to do so.
