Not receiving gold bars when I win

Each time I play the games required and get to the end, I have not been receiving the gold bars. I uninstalled the game and began again, only for it to be happening again. I will uninstall again within the next hour but PLEASE FIX THIS! I see at least one other person here is having the same problem.

I am so sorry to hear about the issue in your game! And, I am sorry to hear that you had to reinstall your game each time you are stuck with this glitch😕

Can you please clarify something for me? Are you not receiving the rewards from Episode Race OR Candy Royale?

If I have more complaints, I will be able to report to our Community In-charge as there is a possible glitch in the game! If it is one or two players, the glitch might be isolated and the Player Support team will be able to take a look at it.
