Why am I having all kinds of issues with the Candy Crush game?

I can play the game from Facebook but I can not log in using my Facebook account. I can log into the game using my King account but I don't have my Avatar. I have repaired the game on my computer to no avail. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game and all that did was cost me 200 lives. I keep getting success showing when I log in with Facebook and then it says "connection error please try again later". Well, it's a week later and I still can't log in with Facebook, but I got my Avatar back when I play on Facebook. I guess I really don't expect an answer to this, but I got a chance to vent my frustration. Playing from facebook is not as good as playing from the app. Thanks for listening and I'm open to trying just about anything. One last thing, I have this problem on both of my computers.

I have noticed that you have been asking this same question since the beginning of this month!! I am so sorry to hear that the issue is still lingering!!

Couple of days ago, our Community In-charge gave some tips for the issue to be resolved! Did you check those steps and tried on your device? If not, please check —> HERE and if that helps to resolve the issue(s) you are having in your game!

You said you are using computers to play your game. Are you playing the game on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version?
