I restarted game and was at level 70 or so and I’ve been put back to level 10156 please put me back to restarted spot
Hello @Zim109 If you want to start a new game you will have to use a new login for this and ideally a different device. Did you save the new game? Which method did you use to save it? If you use the option "already have a King account" then it will get you back to your old game. To completely restart uninstall the app and reinstall the app. Then when you save the new game choose new details for a new account.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
