tried to update payment info on the app but the system keeps throwing me out.On my laptop my level is 2536. on my phone (the system made me start over at level 1) the level is now 265. I troed to purchase gold bars and the system on the app on my phone refuses to let me purchase. It seems I cannot transfer the bars I have on my laptop either. Why can't these two applications be merged?

A question!! The account you are logged into, did you use the same credentials both on your phone and the laptop?

For the progress that is different on your devices, you could have synced the game by following few steps! But, you are experiencing some different issue that is restricting you with the purchases!

Hence, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send your complaint.

When you said laptop - are you playing the App version on Windows 10/11 or on Facebook using a browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.,)?
