as soon as I try to play the level I automatically lose. I can’t even get to play the level… can anyone tell me what I’m supposed to do?

Hello @dgraf2022 and welcome to the community. Yes, this level is broken, so your version of the app cannot be played right now. I would suggest you uninstall the app, wait a few days and then install it again as it will get fixed soon and you haven't really started playing yet.
