Why have I paid to loose life

I paid for more moves and once I won the game I lost my moves I think that is unfair and I didn't just pay for it to be taken . This needs to be fixed I think it is robbery

I suppose it depends on your outlook @Rita242

When you buy the moves you are trying to win the level you are stuck on and not the next level. If you purchased too many moves that is a risk we all take when we wait and build up the number of moves we can obtain for our ten gold.

Due to the nature of the game the events of one level do not effect the next level.

On the other hand if you used real money to purchase your extra moves then please email King Player Support with your complaint and they might compensate you.

I agree with you that the moves we have purchased should be carried over to the next level!

But, these games does not work that way!  When we have some moves left over in the level we are playing, game uses those moves and gives us extra points/score at the end of the level to achieve an extra star🌟
