Game seems to be frozen?

I play Candy Crush on my I-phone, as well as my computer. Yesterday, both of them froze up. It will start up like normal, do the Daily Treat machine, and then once it takes you to the "map" where you play, the screen gets almost a grey/cloudy look and is frozen and won't let me click on anything. I shut down my phone and restarted it and that didn't do anything. Also, I don't think it is a phone issue, as my computer is doing the same. It worked fine yesterday morning and then started doing this in the afternoon. Still isn't working today. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! You are right! The issue is not on either of your devices! We do not know if it is the game either!! But, the interesting thing is, there is no fix either!! As it will be cleared by itself - without doing anything!!

Unfortunately, you cannot do anything to resolve the issue until the game comes back to it's own senses and open up again! If possible, just make sure that you have the latest version of the game App, and cleared cache, cookies, etc.,

But, please do not reinstall the game as it will not help!!

Our Community In-charge and I call it as "Grey issue" - because, nobody knows why this issue occurs and how it is clearing on it's own!! And, when the game Studio checks the issue on their side, they are not finding anything🤷‍♀️

I am sorry for not being much help! But, please hang in there and wait for the issue to be resolved. The max for the issue to be cleared is a week!!
