I will NOT purchase 255 moves. When Candy Crush changed the number of moves downward making it harder for players to clear a board and then start adding moves before a board has even been executed 5 times, then it is a money grab. I have been playing for 8 years and am at level 9600+. It used to be fun but when it takes WEEKS to get through a board without bonuses or cash, something is wrong.

The game is definitely designed around needing gold/extra moves to complete certain levels. That is, the game is not (has never been) a game of skill and you complete levels based on your careful use of boosters/gold in conjunction with King's decision on when they want you to complete the level.

As long as you only use gold that you have won to purchase the extra moves then it isn't a money grab.
