You can use the frog to your advantage in this level. Check out this video:
Feed the frog candies the same colour as the frog or hit it with striped candies. Hitting a colour bomb into a candy the same colour as the frog will also help feed it. When it glows tap on it to move it and place it in amongst the blockers. To feed it a second time hit it with striped candies or use a colour bomb if the game gives you that opportunity. Then move it a second time. You have to move it twice to fulfil the "frog" order. The frog never disappears in Candy Crush, it just gets moved and there is never more than one frog on the board.
