Screen won't change stuck on one screen every time I load the game

I press every button but the screen is frozen and won't change. I close the game out and re own the app same thing

I have the exact same issue.Haven't been able toplay for three days now because of this.

What do I do? Usually these events have an X button on the upper corner or a play button, but I can't find it now. I've clicked everywhere and nothing happens.

I also have the same issue… but a different screen. When starting up the game I can do daily wheel etc but as soon as the map screen loads it “dims” and I can’t press anything. Two screenshots below to show the difference. Left game for ages, nothing. Deleted the game and reinstalled, but it’s still doing it.

Sure! And thank you. The first one is what pops up when I press play. It doesn't go to the map or my notifications just straight to this. Which doesn't respond when I touch the screen. After a few seconds like maybe 20 seconds it switches to the second photo but again I can't press anything and this screen never goes away. I let it sit for like 20 minutes and nothing  I closed the game out and went back in same thing I've also logged out then logged back in is been like this for hours it's literally never happened before I've been playing this for over a decade lol
