Hi, i now try in here since the support mail is leading to no-where.

I have a CC account that was connected to my Facebook account. Then my FB got hacked and i lost my FB account. On my phone i was still playing CC on the account that was connected to the hacked FB account until one day where i was ask in the game app to "its time to re-login again" witch i could not since i previous was logged in thru FB.

How do I get my CC account back since the only option i have now is to create a new account. I dont want that since i was over 10.000 levels.

I am sorry to hear that your Facebook was hacked!! Were you able to change your password as soon as you found out that your account was hacked?

But, yes! Your best option is to create a new account, and request the Player Support team to transfer your game progress to this new account. They will not be able to restore your previous scores. But, allot minimum scores with either 1 or 2 stars to all your previous levels.

In the opening post, you said that "the support mail is not leading anywhere"!!
Does it mean that you have already King Player Support team? That is the best thing to do as they have resources to help you.
