Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the lives and boosters on your new phone, even if you have saved the game on your old device. The reason for this is only the Gold Bars and level progress will be saved to the game Servers, but not the boosters and lives, as these will be saved to your device local memory - which is not possible to transfer!!
If you still have your old phone with you and did not delete the game yet, you can still play the game on it and use up all those boosters while playing hard levels!
