Freezing ads

when there are only a few moves for a win and an ad has to be watched to get those extra moves, why do you allow ads to freeze. Very annoying. Happens always when a move granted would be a win.

I am sorry to hear that an Ad video is freezing in your game! I just saw another complaint few minutes ago!

For the issue you are experiencing right now, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint to them. Please check below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In next screen (Help Center), scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Legal" and click on it;
• The first option would be "Report an Ad" - click to open it;
• You will see the steps & suggestions for you to follow to report the Ad.
