Purchase not working

I made an in game purchase and have the receipt to prove it, but the purchase won't show up in the game. I've already tried exiting the game and opening it again

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases in your game! Depending on the device you are using please select from below options⬇️

🤖 Android device

• Open the receipt you have received from Google Play and tap "Report a problem"
• If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

🍏 Apple device

• Use this link. 
• Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
