I've bought 30 goldbars whit a purchase for 14.99 lei to my piggy bank. I've paid with some of them for 5 lives and at the final move of my level i've spent 10 of my goldbars for some extramoves that i didn't received but my 10 goldbars have disappeared! How it's that possible???! And abouve all this, how can i receive my 10 goldbars back??
Hello @Dadutz Please contact Player Support to get your gold bars back. As you purchased them with real money they should refund you. The best way to do this is via Settings in the app. That is the small pink cogwheel. Then choose the ? and scroll/click through the options until you see "Contact us" as the bottom. Initially you will get an automated reply but this should be followed up by a proper email from Support within two days. If you get a useless answer then reply to this stating your case again until you get some compensation for King's error.
