Candy Crush Freezes Frequently

Whenever I get certain ads the game freezes up. Rebooting does clear the screen at the cost of any lives earned but allowing the frozen screen to "cycle" itself at least will get me back to the point I was and I can access any extra lives earned. Reaching out to them I was told to try a few things, but it appears me that unless I am a member of a group those options aren't a possibility. I don't pay for anything extra and am not a member of any group. The freezing seems to be related to a certain class of adds. Ones made by more professional developers don't freeze but the ones for machinery, weight lifting equipment, restaurant equipment and some others freeze. I can have the same ad run in succession and it will freeze one time and not the other or it might freeze the first time up. Then it might not freeze for several times. There is no consistency.
