hello friends, the second day I can't get saga, it starts and like this my screen gets colored and nothing happens. I already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this Grey screen glitch in your game!
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to get rid of it! This is a "weird" glitch that is affecting few players for some unknown reason, which clears by itself!! It will disappear by itself, hence, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve this glitch! But, I see that you have already tried reinstalling as well😕
The Candy team are not able to fix it because they are not able to reproduce the issue on their side!

First, make sure your game and device's operating system are up to date. Developers regularly release updates to fix bugs, including black screen issues. If that doesn't work, try closing other apps to free up memory, or restart your device to clear any temporary glitches.
