I am sorry to hear that you lost your level progress!
Did you reinstall your game or change the device you are using? If so, did you save the game before either with Facebook or King account?
If you saved your game, all you need to do is to log-in with same account details and you will get your progress back.
If you did not save the game, you will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request to assist you. Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?
