My game is connected to my King Account but my gave hasn't been saved since before the last update. I don't want to lose nearly 100 levels of completion. If there was a way of saving my progress I'd be more than happy to uninstall this game… @kiara_wael

Hello @kiara_wael, here is a screenshot from my parents PC after I downloaded and logged into my account.
Above is my laptop. After the game updated a few months ago I can't connect to save game progress. As you can also see, the 30 gold bars did not go into my game. I don't really want to play 21 levels again nor do I want to lose my 9 gold bars…
Any ideas, @PummyRaj? Thanks in advance.

Our CM resend Gold bars to the game, they should have 69 in total now . Please check if it has arrived and could you please take a screenshot ?
