Hello @Lizlawrence and welcome to the community. This is CandyCrush for you: Those who spend real money don't get stuff for free because King are hoping you will spend more and more real money. It's how it is. In Candy Crush there is a penalty for making purchases, not any reward.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
