Episode race is not working!

my episode does not work! I am always paired up with the same people and they will win right away when the race starts. I have tried login in and out, updating and contacting support. It is still not working!

It’s been 3 months and no response from candy crush support

please help

Hello @jen_t0331 I am sorry but the issue you describe has been afflicting the game since at least the beginning of 2022. At the moment there is no fix for the issue
