I am sorry to hear about the issue in your friend's game! The first & foremost step for your friend would be to change the password for her account.
After that, she should be able to log into the game using that new password and should play the game without any issues.
If she is experiencing any issues or lost her game progress for any reasons, she will have to contact King Player Support team and request to restore her game.
